i wanted to cosplay it as Dr Nii but the glasses looked weird on it so i just kept the white shirt, orange tie, and the cigarette XD i odnt know if Dr Nii wears an orange tie or not ;x; he was in the pic i was using xD and argh i cant draw smoke so you can barely see the smoke trail =.=
